I Love Japanese People!!!!

I just love Japanese people! Look at this festival in Fuji Mt, its CRAZY! I want to be there with them and dance and have fun!
I love this video so much and I have so many memories from this song. The latest really good memory to this song was, Cambodia. At Koh Rong me, Tom, Micke, Nai and all his friends use to lay in the cozy corner, conect my little laptop to the big speakers and watch this video and have the volume on FULL POWER!

Weekend!

This week went to fast! I think when you do something on a monday, acting like its still friday, then the week is just passing by 🙂

I havent done so much this week… Went home to Cecilia earlier this week but other than that I havent done so much… Just work, work and work. The weather starts to be really shit here so it havent been weather for hanging in the park so just be at home with Conny, do my exercise, eat, sleep and work. Everything is like it always is here in Oslo for me 🙂 But I like it…. Just work my ass off for a few month and then I can do what ever I want to do the rest of the year 🙂 Just how I like it!

32 days of work and 3 days off, thats how I have been working the last weeks and I always start 07:00! I hate to get up that early everyday! It should be forbidden to get up before 08:00 and everyone should start work after 09:00. Im a night person, call me a vampire…. I dont like to be up that early and its still dark and really cold and everyone around you, including yourself, looks like shit because everyone is stressed in the morning…. People fix their makeup in the bus, doing their hair, eating breakfast, drinking coffee so they start to get human… Why cant people just be more relaxed!? Just live for the moment and have fun, it works for me 😉

Now its only 20min left until Im finish work and it stopped raining and the sun is shining 🙂 I dont know what to do today but Conny, my roomie, have some guests from Sweden so I guess we will go out tonight but Im working from 08:00 tomorrow so I guess it will be a hard day tomorrow if I go out 🙂

Chilling at the bus stop

The whole week as just been work work work…nothing speciel has happen just that it gets more and more cold here.  I think this is the end of scandinavian summer.
Today when I walked home I saw this guy chilling at the bus stop hahah I dont know how long time he has been waiting but at least 4 busses ahah  I like it 🙂
Now its time for a horror movie 🙂

Today was the longest day ever!! Aah It felt like I was at work 07.00 and I went to bed really late…
After work I went home to Cecilia and made food 🙂 aah it was soo good! We also made some popcorn and chai tea and now we look at old Swedish movies like “Stockholmsnatt, Vinterviken, Natt Buss 807” 🙂 Its a real cozy pozy girl night 🙂 ♥

Remade

 

I havent done so much this weekend… I was working yesterday so I didnt go out because I was soo tired! But I started with my “painting makeover”.

When I moved into Conny she had a painting in her kitchen that she wanted to throw away. In some way I thought this painting was beautiful and I could make it even more beautiful so I asked her if I could keep it. Of course she said yes 🙂

The painting was an angel with big gray, white wings and a really sad face and tears in her eyes. So I decided that she need some color  😉 So last weekend I bought some colors  and I started a little bit on thursday and today Im finish and it is some kind of angel-vampire-circus-girl 🙂 Or I think so…maybe I will do something on the background later, another day 🙂

Tomorrow its work again from 07.00 and tomorrow after work I will go home to Cecilia  and have some cozy pozy time with some wine and yummy food 🙂

So Yesterday I got my new glasses! I dont understand how I could see before… Its a new world! I need to go back to all the places I have been to the last 2 years because I havent seen anything! HAHAH 🙂  No, but I didnt understand how bad it was… I couldnt see anything on long distance so I just thought it was too faraway and everyone around me also saw that bad, but when I started to ask people if they could read the sign that I couldnt read…. That was the time I realize its not us…its me 😦  

I have a big nose so I need big glasses 🙂 But I dont want too big glasses so I took a mat, gray glasses and its a Swedish brand called Cheap Monday and they are cheap 😀 So now I look a bit rock geeky with my red hair and big square glasses 😀 

I have start to do some exercises because my back is a bit shit. I have never done any back exercises or I havent done any exercise at all except to dance at parties… maybe that doesnt count 😉  But I found on YouTube a good stretching video for my back and it is a little 11 year old girl who lies on her stomach and push up her body with her arms and press the upper body back and lean back your head. She can put her head on the top of her ass! And I remember when I was a kid I could do the same so I thought with some stretching for a week or so I can do that again… So last night when I came home after work, I tried to do it and WOOOW HAHAHAH Im sooo stiff Im not even close to that! So this time in Norway I will do stretching and exercise 😉 Thats my Norway goal for this year 🙂 Except to fill up my wallet 😉 

Work in Norway

 

 

 

So when Im traveling people always ask me how I have afore to travel for a long time and work for a short time. Last year, 2012 is a good example.

I went to India in 2011 and after  6 month in India I went to Nepal and finally Japan.  I came back to Norway in July 2012. Im a hard worker and easy to learn new things and I have a really good boss so I got my old job back for a few month. I was in Norway for 4 month but I was only working 50%, 2 weeks a month.   I met Adam in Japan and his plan was to travel in Europe a bit and he is a funny guy 😉 so I decided to join him 2weeks a month 🙂 It was really fun! We went to England, Belgium, Holland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Italy…. So it was a real Euro trip 😉

As you can see I did some travel in 2012 🙂 I also had a rent for my room to pay and that was 5000NOK (633EUR). So I travel, work and saved money in 2month work!!  I always work my ass off and I just started with that again! I love it and I hate it! You get tired and feel that you really need a vacation 😉 Like yesterday and today I have been working 25h of 48h…. Its not that long but with my job it is. We have 4 workstations and every station got 3 different phones with different sounds and even if you are alone here all the 12 phones are calling at the same time and all the stupid costumers with their stupid questions calls all the time… OOOH!!! I almost get crazy in here some times… whatever, its just for a short time and its good paid 🙂

So many of my friends always says that they think they can save the same amount as I do here in Norway…. I think thats bullshit! You cant save money when you have the best of the best friends around you! Birthday presents, cinemas, party, new clothes, train tickets….. I can go on and on… But yes, I do all those things here in Norway aswell for twice the price, but the thing is that all the people you hangout with here in Norway are here for the same reason and that is to live cheap and save for travels aand have fuuun 🙂 Its easier to save when everyone around you doing the same thing 🙂

Everything in Norway is really expensive like cigarettes 13EUR, coffee 7EUR, beer 5EUR or milk 2EUR…. That is CRAZY! But you will have a really good wage and its only 1h by car/bus to Sweden thats almost 50% cheaper than Norway.  Fruit, vegetables and pasta is cheap so you dont need to starve here 🙂

 

Accommodation:

The first thing you do before you arrive to Norway is to find a cheap place to stay, thats the hardest thing because it starts to get CRAZY expensive here with accommodation. When I first arrived to Norway 2008 we was 4 people in a 2 room apartment and we paid not even 250EUR pr person and now its really hard to find a room for less than 560EUR. If you want to save money, accommodation is the last thing you want to spend your money on.

Most of the people lives in collective and no one wants to pay a high rent so you will live like “rats” HAHAH The biggest collective I have lived in was with 10 people, 4 girls and 6 guys and it was always dirty and when we had a big cleaning day we always celebrate it with tacos and in the end of the day it looks like shit again hahahah The collectives here in Oslo is like a dirty hostel in Europe! But hey, its the cheapest option 😉

You can find many Facebook groups that specializing on accommodation in Norway. For example in Oslo: Svenskar i Oslo, Bostad Oslo, Rent in Oslo….

Or you can find accommodation on cribsnorge.se, finn.no, hybel.no. Or you can just do couch surfing 🙂 One thing with Norway is that non of the big Norwegian websites is in English but you can just use Google Translate 😉

Tax Card

When you arrive to Norway you go to the nearest tax office ( skatteetaten ) and fill in loads of paper and have a copy of your passport.

You need to fill in a address, name of the company you will work for and how much you will earn. The thing is that at this point you maybe havent got any job yet so just make up something like: Adecco, Manpower, Kellys and write that you will earn 20.000NOK and that will be fine 🙂

This will take between 2-6 weeks depend on how bussy they are. When you get the papers you will have your Norwegian ID.Nr.

If you get your first salary before you get the ID.Nr paper you need to pay 50% so just tell your work to what with the payment until you get the papers 🙂

 

Bank account 

To get a bank account you need an ID.Nr. As soon as you get the papers you open your bank account and most of the bank charge you 30EUR when you open an account. When you have that you can get your first salary.

Jobs   

You can find some job at Facebook especially on Svenskar i Oslo (everything is in Swedish but we understand English) 🙂

The biggest site for jobs is finn.no or nav.no  🙂 With my experience here in Norway they wont let you come to an interview if they not going to hire you 😉  So as soon as you get an interview you will get the job, if your not the most unsocial person on earth!

 

 

Its easy for everyone to get a job here and it is expensive and you will live like a rat but you do it together with other rats so you will not be alone 🙂

It feels like autumn now… The weather is not as good as it was the first 2 weeks in Sweden, Stockholm. Here in oslo when its good weather then it is maybe 24 degrees.

Friday I left work around 19.00 and it was rainy so me and Conny just had a cozy evening with good food and saw a few movies on tv.

Saturday was Connys birthday 🙂 She became 22 years and it was great weather!! The plan was to find someone here in Oslo with a car that wanted to join us for a small road trip. But the weather on Friday wasnt good and some people are just retarded! So the plan was that me Cecilia and the birthday kid Conny will spend the day in the sun and do some BBQ 🙂 I met Cecilia around noon in town to buy the last present to Conny. When we came back home we gave Conny her presents. We gave her a kickbike with a old school horn on and a cup holder so she can have her drink with her when shes on the ride 🙂 She also got a princess crown and 2 bottle of Champagne 🙂    When we finally have packed our bags to get to the park it starts to get really cloudy and a bit cold in shadow so  we walked back to Conny and went to our backyard and grilled some sausage 🙂 When we came back home I decided to dye my hair red!!  My tops was already blond so I took a blond color and dyed half of my hair so it got lighter and then I took the red color on everything. Because I got dark hair on the top and lighter in the end the red color is the same. Dark red on the top and bright red on my tops 🙂

We went to Fugazi and its a really cool place with good music and 2 floors with 3 dancefloors. We had so fun there dancing to minimal techno to old school hip hop! The sad this is that they need to close Fugazi in the end of this month and this year its their 10 years anniversary 😦 After that we went to Blå and thats my favorite place!   Always good Djs and everyone is always dancing and having fun! When we came home we did some food and watch American Idol and went to bed 🙂

Today its rain, rain, and more rain so I guess I will stay inside today 🙂

Strawberry 2013!

This is the chokolate cake that I did a few days ago but its just gets better and better 🙂 This was my first strawberry of this year!!! Oooh it was so tasty! So goog, real Norwegian strawberrys! The scandinavian strawberrys is sweet and sour and the asians are tastless… mmmh strawberry 😉

Fake sunny day

Yesterday after my meluna de salata, me and Conny made some macarones and ketchup 🙂 Ooooh its so good! I love it! We also had some sausage too 🙂 
Today after work me and Cecilia took a little fast shopping run. After that we walked home to me and Conny and ate some food and walked out in the park. It looks like the perfect weather but its not… Its freezeing outside! Its just a fake sun! 😦 I dont like this I want sun! Give me some sun! But one thing thats much better when its cold, is that you can really feel rhe fesh air. Ice cold refreshing air 🙂 I love that ♥

Meluna de salata

Today I did a really good salad. I didt have so much vegies in the fridge… I took what I had and made a Meluna de salata. I had: broccoli, cucumber, cabbage, artichoke, tomato and feta cheese. It was sooo good! 5min and ready to eat 😉
Im so tired today…This will be a early night. The weather is shit so that just make you eaven more tired.

Cozy Monday

The weekend was really good 🙂 Spend some time with the girls and we had so fun!!
Today was like a normal monday… when you feel that life is hard! Hahah maybe not, but a monday after a great weekend is always shit! It was hard to get up and the first call I got at work was an angry old lady that just want to scream at me and tell me what a horribel company I work for and how horrible I am because Im one of them…. I “hate” my work…. No Im lieing…. I get to good money at work so I can get an angry costumer or two pr day 🙂 Most of the people have start to become much more  “happier”… I guess its becauae its sunny and some people is still on holliday. 🙂
When I gor home from work its start to rain and thunder and my roomie Conny went to thw gym so I made a chocolate cake and it was sooooo good 😛  So right now we have face masks and eating chocolate cake and watching Americas next topmodel hahah a real girl-monday 😉

Nails

Today I met Cecilia and we did manikyr 😉 So this will be a short text because my nails are to long and im not use to this 🙂
Tomorrow I start 07.00 again so we did a early dinner and now we are eating cheese doodlez!!

Food

So I forgot to tell you guys about the picture! Haha and its looks so disgusting! In Norway when they eat bread and sausage they have some wierd flat bread. Its really thin but really heavy..its made of potato so thats why its so heavy. When me and conny walked to the store we saw that we forgot a thing home so she decided to go back home to get it and some ketchup, so I walked to the store to buy some sausage to grill… Conny walked back to Cecilia to get the keys but Cecilia had what she needed. So when I came back and we start the grill I didnt know that Conny never walkes home ao I dodnt know that we didnt have any ketchup. We was to lasy to walk back to the stor or home so we asked the guys next to us if they had some ketchup. They had ketchup but we didnt have any plate so we took one of the flat bread “lompe” and we took some ketchup 🙂 So that was our dinner in the park 😛 Really nice!
Today ne and Conny went to Ikea and we order some swedish meatballs!! Mmmh!! We order medium plate and that was 10 meatballs!!! HAHAHA toooo much!
We bought alot of things.
Every weekend a store called Kiwi here in Oslo have really cheep meat, so we bought some meat, potato, pepper sause and maked some greek salad!!! Ååååh it was the best I have eat for a long time! Ooh yummy yummy! Now we are eating strawberry cream with milk 🙂

First Friday

So this weeks have gone really fast! I guess times fly away when you have fun! I hanged with the girls everyday this week or with the guys. My friend Viktor has left Norway now 😦 Thats the thing.. most of the Swedish people here that I meet have been in Oslo for years a d years, as me, or they are 20years old and been here 2 month and cant save anything of the money… Its fun here…you always meet so many different people and most of them are a bit lost.
Yesterday was shit at work… So many people complaining because one of the guys at work who dont work there anymore went to the newspaper and told them some shit…. So it was alot to do…
Now its time for Ikea!!! Wooohoo

Wine, wine and wine

Wow…The first week in Norway is almost over and me and my friends have drinked wine every day! Hahah what happen to work my ass off and dont apend money!? I took one hour overtime today so thats almost like “to work my ass off” 😉  I like to be back here… its okey to be here earn loades of money and just travel or just spend your money back home with all your feiends and family 😛
Its soo nice to be at work when you allready know how everything works…or at least all the basic things 🙂
It hase been really bad weather today, rainy! So we havent done so much then just drink some wine and just talk as girls always do 😛

Oslo!

Yesterday was a normal stressy day at work. After work I went into town to do some shopping and I bought a skirt for 3$! Then I meet my friend Viktor and we took a walk and went home to him and whaited for our other friend Jonas.
When Jonas came we played some game and drank wine and talked 🙂 It was so funny because me and Jonas was so hungry and we couldent decide to cook something or just go for some fast food so I asked Jonas ” If you coulde order any food in the world what would you order?” Hes answer was ” Rise” Hahah, RISE! “….I also want butter” AHAHAH!! Who thinks about rise and butter as a favorite meal!?! It was really nice and fun, as always, to meet them! They are one of my oldest friends here in Oslo and Viktor will move back to Sweden soon 😦 I will miss him! But I still got Jonas here and all my other friends 🙂
Now Im at Cecilias house having a girls night 😛 Me, Conny and Cecilia!! We will cook some food and who knows maybe a bottle of wine or two 😉 But now its smoothie time!!

First day at work

So I arrived yesterday and I was so tired! I went to bed 18.30!! Hahah but it was a hard 2 weeka in Stockholm with loads of partys and running around meeting friends and family so I was really tired 🙂 It wasnt that hard to wake up this morning as I thought it will be. It was so bright outside so I woke up before my alarm woke me. So I stressed as I always do in the mornings (but I hate that).  So I went to work..got in time as always and get into work, meet my boss and he activate my accounts and then I took my first phonecall… I dont know it feelt like I wasnt eaven gon! Nothing have cahnge Its crazy! But I was a bit scared to get to work this morning…it felt really scary!! Hahah but yeah it was okey 🙂 After work I meet my friend Viktor and hes friends and we did some BBQ 🙂 Not as good as me and my family did in Sweden, we just grilled some sausage. But it was fun 🙂 I will get to bed nog because I will start 07.00 tomorrow 😦
